How it works
Step 1 — Submit
In order to generate the best content together, you'll send over specific content twice a month for me to review.
Step 2 — Review
Within 48 hours, you get my read as someone who already knows your brand: what's working, what's not, and exactly how to fix it, delivered via Loom video and Google Doc edits. Not generic notes — the same eye I'd bring to my own personality-packed writing.
Step 3 — Implement
You make the edits, revise the rest and hit send. Content that sounds like you, out the door — plus one more rep toward writing it that way in the future.

FAQ
How often do I get reviews?
Twice a month. You'll submit, I'll review and send back within 48 business hours.

How do I submit?
You email me the first and third Sunday with a Google Doc and brief description of what you need help with.

What kind of feedback do I get?
A Loom walkthrough with top-level editing on the document — the big-picture read on voice, message, and structure, plus the specific fixes that matter most. This is feedback and direction, not a line-by-line copyedit or a full rewrite.

What if I miss a submission?
Hopefully you won’t because I’ll send you a reminder email the Friday before so you always know when you need to share your content. If you need more time that week, you get one instance per quarter to send content late, but otherwise this is a use-it-or-lose-it program.

Can I cancel?
If you choose month to month, you can cancel anytime before the next month. For a 3-month commitment there’s no cancellation during the cycle.

Is this only for past clients?
Yes — Personality On-Demand is reserved for former clients. It only works because I already know your voice; that's the whole premise.
